Federally Permitted Vessel

In the Gulf of Mexico charter vessels are required to have federal fishing permits to fished for pelagic or reef fish beyond 9 miles from shore. These permits are limited and the vast majority of charter boats lack them. Our 31' Cape Horn has both of these permits allowing us unlimited fishing access in the Gulf of Mexico.
